Are you detail-oriented and passionate about maintaining high content standards? We are looking for a Content Moderator fluent in Bulgarian and English to join our dynamic team in Thessaloniki!

What You'll Do:

• Content Review: Evaluate and review a variety of digital content including videos, news articles, and social media profiles for compliance with guidelines.
• Policy Enforcement: Score content based on criteria such as age-appropriateness, violence, and explicit material, ensuring consistent application of policies.
• Accuracy: Enforce client terms of use, identifying subtle differences in digital communication to maintain high standards.
• Participate & Support: Engage in employee assistance programs and training, contributing to a supportive and effective work environment.
• Handle Sensitive Material: Manage potentially sensitive content, including violence and hate speech, with professionalism and empathy.

What Were Looking For:

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Bulgarian (C1) and English (C1) with excellent communication and grammatical skills.
• Experience: Previous experience in content moderation, BPO, or contact centers preferred.
• Resilience: Ability to handle sensitive content, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and empathy.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Cultural Awareness: Good understanding of the political and social context in Bulgarian-speaking regions.
• Background Check: Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
