Position: Customer Care Specialist (Dutch)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide technical-based customer assistance via voice, chat, and email in a timely manner.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve issues efficiently.
• Document interactions in a dedicated CRM system and contribute to team initiatives.
• Actively participate in department activities, providing feedback and supporting collaborative solutions.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Dutch (C1 level) and English (B2 level), both verbal and written.
• Reside in Serbia and able to work legally without company sponsorship.
• Experience in customer support and technical assistance, particularly with help desks or IT functions.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Strong independent work ethic with excellent remote teamwork skills.
• Proficient in problem-solving, critical thinking, and adapting to process changes.
• Solid understanding of PC-based internet and software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
