Were looking for a German-speaking Gaming Support Specialist to join an international team dedicated to supporting a fast-growing gaming community. You'll be the friendly voice (or chat) behind the screen, solving player issues and making sure every gamer has a next-level experience.

What you'll do:
With full training provided, you'll assist users via email, chat, and phone helping with troubleshooting, guiding them through features, and offering expert support for a major gaming brand.
