Your Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, providing outstanding service and solutions in a fast-paced, friendly environment. Youll receive full training to help you succeed and thrive in your role.

What were looking for:

• Fluency in French (C2)

• Good command of English (B2)

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to adapt in a dynamic, team-oriented environment

• Open to working rotating shifts (Mon Fri, 08:0018:00)

What we offer:

Contract Details:

• Initial 12-month contract, with renewal options (2 x 12 months)

Work Schedule:

• 40 hours/week on a rotating shift pattern

• Monday to Friday only your weekends are yours

Training Period:

• 20 business days of in-depth training

• 8 hours per day, with start times between 08:30 and 09:30
