What Youll Be Doing

• Support Spanish-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email with professionalism and empathy
• Troubleshoot product and service issues (full training provided)
• Keep accurate records and help improve the customer experience
• Collaborate with a friendly, multicultural team

What You Bring

• Spanish (C2) and at least B2-level English
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A positive, curious attitude and willingness to learn
• No prior experience required we will train you
• Must be living in Greece or willing to relocate (remote work only within Greece)
