Your Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for Finnish-speaking customers, handling their travel inquiries, bookings, and support needs.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Communicate professionally via phone, email, and chat, providing clear and accurate information on travel options, policies, and procedures.
- Work closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless operations, including coordinating with sales, marketing, and logistics departments.
- Contribute to improving processes and services by providing feedback on customer interactions and identifying potential areas for enhancement.
What Were Looking For:
- Native Finnish speaker with strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Previous customer service experience (preferably within a travel agency or similar industry) is highly valued but not required.
- Enthusiasm for travel and a strong desire to help customers plan their perfect trips, making memorable experiences possible.
- Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Must already be based in Barcelona, as this is an onsite role and is open to locals only.
