Your Role:

As a Technical Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our users, providing them with exceptional support across various channels. Your main responsibilities will include:

User Interaction: Communicate effectively with users via email, phone, and chat to understand their needs and concerns.
Account Analysis: Evaluate users specific account setups and previous interactions to recommend tailored solutions.
Technical Troubleshooting: Address technical questions related to software, hardware, and logistics, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
Issue Escalation: Recognize complex issues and escalate them appropriately, providing detailed context for each escalation.

Requirements:

Language Proficiency: Native or fluent in French (oral and written) and fluent in English (minimum C1 level).
Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role (B2B or B2C).
Technical Knowledge: Basic coding understanding with the ability to read code; experience in multi-channel customer support is preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating the ability to articulate complex technical issues clearly.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to work through complex technical problems.
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all communications and resolutions.
