What Youll Do:

Join a vibrant team that supports customers of a global leader in the design and technology of household appliances. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Assistance: Handle inbound calls from existing and potential customers, offering guidance on orders and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Problem-Solving: Use cutting-edge diagnostic tools and Excel to help clients resolve technical difficulties.
  • Service Coordination: In more complex cases, you will coordinate technician visits or arrange for spare parts delivery to clients.
  • Product Engagement: Be proactive in discussing and upselling new or existing products, sharing your passion for innovation.
  • Brand Ambassador: Educate customers on product features, embodying the values of the brand.

What Were Looking For:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in written and spoken Dutch (C1) and a good command of English for internal communication.
  • Location: Eligible to work and reside in Slovakia.
  • Customer Service Enthusiast: You love delivering top-notch support via phone, email, or social media.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with MS Office and able to pick up diagnostic tools quickly.
  • Organized & Calm Under Pressure: You handle tasks efficiently and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
