  • Resolving technical issues and providing appropriate solutions to customers.
  • Recording and tracking customer data and interactions in the system.

Requirements:

  • C1 or C2 German language skills with excellent communication abilities.
  • Experience in customer service or a similar role is advantageous.
  • Good computer skills and familiarity with customer service software.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts and weekends if necessary.
