We're Hiring: Customer Care Specialist (German)

Location: Fully Remote (Work from home) Based in North Macedonia 

Type: Full-time, Indefinite contract

What You'll Do:

• Verify invoices against purchase orders and contracts
• Process and enter invoice details in ERP systems
• Resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies and tax regulations
• Work closely with vendors and internal teams to manage invoice queries

What Were Looking For:

• Native/fluent in German (verbal and written)
• Based in North Macedonia (eligible to work legally without sponsorship)
• Prior experience in invoicing, accounting, or bookkeeping
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of tax regulations and accounting principles

Work schedule: Shift rotation (Monday to Sunday)
