Key Responsibilities:
Address customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective solutions
Accurately document call details in our management system, ensuring adherence to SLAs
Stay informed on products and services, with a focus on those suited to customer-specific needs
Escalate service issues when necessary, keeping senior team members informed
Adhere to project-specific procedures and processes to ensure top-quality service
Provide coverage for other team members as needed, both within the same and across different teams
Support team projects and attend regular team meetings
Perform additional tasks as assigned, ensuring seamless service and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Language Skills: C2/fluent Dutch with B2-level English proficiency
Experience: 1+ year in customer service (experience in the automotive industry or with electric vehicles is a plus)
Technical Skills: Proficiency with IT systems, including Windows, MS Office, and internet setup
Soft Skills: Strong customer service orientation, effective listening skills, and the ability to problem-solve independently
