As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our German-speaking customers, providing top-notch support and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues
• Strive to exceed customer satisfaction and performance metrics

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in German (C1 level) and English (B2 level)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior customer support experience is a plus, but not mandatory
