What We Offer:

• Net Salary: 30,000 TL (~616 EUR)

• Quality Bonus: Up to 20% of net salary (valid until the end of 2025)

• Flexible Working Hours:

  • Weekdays between 09:00 23:00 CET (summer until 22:00, winter until 23:00)

  • Shift options: 09:0018:00 / 10:0019:00 / 11:0020:00 / 12:0021:00 / 13:0022:00

  • Occasional split shift: 09:0013:00 / 18:0023:00 (approx. once every 78 weeks), with 2 days off including one weekend day

• Remote from anywhere in Turkey

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual recruitment for Media Markt DE

• Screen resumes, contact candidates, and coordinate interviews

• Communicate with hiring managers to support the recruitment process

• Maintain candidate data and track recruitment metrics in ATS

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
