Your Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our U.S.-based customers, resolving inquiries with professionalism and care. You'll be working onsite in our brand-new facilities in Athens, supporting customers primarily through phone calls during the 3pm11pm shift (with potential shift changes from September).
Responsibilities

Handle incoming customer calls and provide accurate, timely solutions

Offer guidance on products and services with empathy and efficiency

Upsell relevant services where appropriate

Maintain detailed records using internal systems and tools
What You Bring

Fluency in English (C1+ level)

Previous customer service experience preferred

High school diploma or equivalent

Confidence with computer systems and software tools

Ability to work afternoon and evening shifts

Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
