Your Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our U.S.-based customers, resolving inquiries with professionalism and care. You'll be working onsite in our brand-new facilities in Athens, supporting customers primarily through phone calls during the 3pm11pm shift (with potential shift changes from September).

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer calls and provide accurate, timely solutions

  • Offer guidance on products and services with empathy and efficiency

  • Upsell relevant services where appropriate

  • Maintain detailed records using internal systems and tools

What You Bring

  • Fluency in English (C1+ level)

  • Previous customer service experience preferred

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Confidence with computer systems and software tools

  • Ability to work afternoon and evening shifts

  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
