• Salary: 3600 BGN gross + 2000 BGN quarterly target bonus

We are seeking a French-speaking B2B Digital Sales Specialist to support business development activities across digital advertising solutions. This fully remote role is ideal for experienced sales professionals residing anywhere in Bulgaria.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound B2B cold calling and build qualified pipelines

• Support clients in identifying digital growth opportunities

• Meet KPIs and quarterly sales objectives

• Maintain accurate reporting and CRM documentation

Requirements

• Fluency in French (minimum C1) and good English communication

• Minimum 2 years of cold calling sales experience, ideally in tech or digital advertising
• Strong understanding of lead generation and qualification methodologies
• Ability to work remotely from within Bulgaria

Salary Conditions

• Bonus paid quarterly, not monthly

• 2000 BGN target bonus per quarter

Relocation Package Sofia (if applicable)

• Up to 490 BGN travel refund after 6 months

• 10 hotel nights + breakfast

• 1056 BGN salary advance deducted in 3 monthly installments
