B2B Digital Sales Specialist - Spanish + English

• Work Model: Hybrid (Candidates living outside Sofia can now be considered)
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00
• Salary: 3267 BGN gross + 2000 BGN quarterly target bonus

We are looking for a Spanish-speaking B2B Digital Sales Specialist to support business development activities for digital advertising clients. This hybrid role offers flexibility and strong development potential.

Responsibilities

• Lead outbound B2B cold calling activities

• Identify, qualify, and nurture prospective business leads

• Support digital advertising solutions for international clients

• Achieve KPIs, maintain CRM accuracy, and contribute to team targets

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish (minimum C1) and good English

• Minimum 2 years of cold calling sales experience, ideally in tech/digital advertising
• Strong business development and lead qualification skills

• Availability to work in a hybrid structure from Sofia

Salary Conditions

• Quarterly-based bonus system

• 2000 BGN target bonus per quarter

Relocation Package Sofia

• Travel refund up to 490 BGN

• 10 hotel nights with breakfast

• Salary advance of 1056 BGN, deducted in 3 installments
