Remote Travel Support Specialist (Croatian-speaking) Based in Greece

  • Provide clear, accurate, and friendly support for booking and stay-related inquiries
  • Resolve issues efficiently using internal tools and procedures
  • Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience in every interaction

What You Bring

  • Fluency in Croatian and English
  • Customer-oriented mindset and good communication skills
  • Basic computer literacy and a reliable internet connection
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is a plus
  • Residency in Greece or willingness to relocate with assistance
