In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience across multiple channels. You'll handle inquiries, deliver accurate information, and maintain a high level of professionalism in every interaction.
What You'll Do:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat in French and English.
- Understand and resolve customer issues efficiently and empathetically.
- Provide accurate product or service information and escalate more complex cases when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
What Were Looking For:
- Fluency in French (C1/C2) and English (B2+) verbal and written.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
- A high school diploma (or equivalent) is required.
- Residency in Portugal with a valid residence card.
- Ability to work on-site, full-time.
