Bilingual Customer Advisor - (French & English) | Lisbon

Are you a French and English speaker looking to start or grow your international career in a dynamic environment?
We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented professionals to join a growing team in Lisbon.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience across multiple channels. You'll handle inquiries, deliver accurate information, and maintain a high level of professionalism in every interaction.

What You'll Do:

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat in French and English.
• Understand and resolve customer issues efficiently and empathetically.
• Provide accurate product or service information and escalate more complex cases when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve customer satisfaction.

What Were Looking For:

• Fluency in French (C1/C2) and English (B2+) verbal and written.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
• A high school diploma (or equivalent) is required.
• Residency in Portugal with a valid residence card.
• Ability to work on-site, full-time.
