What Youll Do

Provide customer support for products and services.
Handle inquiries via phone and/or email.
Deliver excellent customer service with a focus on professionalism and empathy.
Work in a structured team with training and ongoing support.
Be part of a stable and long-term project (6-month ownership period by Concentrix).

Gross Salary: 3,500 BGN

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday: 08:00 20:00

Training

Duration: 3 weeks training + 1 week nesting
Attendance: Mandatory
Format: On-site

Requirements

Azerbaijani Native level preferred
English B2 level
Good computer skills and communication abilities
Valid EU residency card, refugee card, or EU citizenship

Work permits and Blue Cards are not accepted

Relocation Support

Hotel stay arranged and booked by the company
Advance salary: 1,056 BGN net (optional, paid within 5 working days upon request)
Travel reimbursement: Up to 490 BGN (after 6 months, documents required)
