Salary Package

• Base Salary: 20,400 gross/year

• Bonus: Available after 7 months (performance-based)

• OTE (On Target Earnings): Confirmed upon reaching bonus eligibility

Work Schedule

• Location: Malaga, Spain (on-site)

• Hours: 39h/week, MondayFriday, 09:00-18:00

Training

• Full paid training provided 

• Continuous support during onboarding and beyond.

Requirements

• Languages: Fluent Norwegian (C2) + English (B2)

• Eligibility: Spanish Residence Card or EU ID.

• Former employees of Concentrix, Webhelp, or Sellbytel are not accepted.

Relocation Support

• Relocation bonus: 500 (one-time, upon start).

• Local assistance: Relocation brochure with guidance on moving to Malaga.
