Role Overview

Join a dynamic team supporting YouTube content creators and partners. You will assist users with platform-related questions and ensure a high-quality support experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support YouTube partners via phone, email, or chat

• Resolve account, policy, and platform-related queries

• Ensure customer satisfaction and quality standards

Requirements

• Fluent German

• English is a plus

• With or without previous contact center experience

Salary & Benefits

• Base salary: €15,260 gross/year (entry level)

• Signing bonus: €2,000 – €2,500 (possible)
