What You'll Do
- Support customers via chat, email & phone
- Solve account, membership, and service questions
- Join a full paid training program
- Work closely with supportive team leads
- Maintain high-quality communication

Who Were Looking For
- German level B1+ (comfortable communication is enough!)
- Basic English understanding
-Ability to work fully remote
- Availability for rotating shifts
- No previous experience needed we train you!
