What You'll Do

  • Engage with customers via phone, chat, and email to deliver high-quality support and personalized service.
  • Assist with billing, mobile plan adjustments, technical troubleshooting, and general inquiries.
  • Ensure every interaction reflects professionalism, efficiency, and a customer-first attitude.
  • Collaborate with team leaders and trainers to continuously improve service quality and client satisfaction.

What Were Looking For

  • German level B2 or higher, and good English communication skills.
  • Empathetic, patient, and detail-oriented personality.
  • Comfortable multitasking in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but motivation and communication skills matter most.
