AI Prompt Evaluator Czech Language (On-site in Essen)

We are currently seeking a Czech-speaking AI Prompt Evaluator to join our on-site team in Essen, Germany. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to the development of cutting-edge artificial intelligence while working in a structured and multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, create, and edit short-form prompts in Czech while ensuring factual accuracy and adherence to style guidelines.

• Develop logical conversation flows that enhance user interaction.

• Review and assess AI-generated responses for clarity, accuracy, and compliance.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of AI dialogue systems across diverse and sometimes sensitive topics.

• Ensure that the tone and voice align with project requirements and resonate with the target audience.

Requirements (must-have):

• Bachelors degree.

• Fluent in Czech (no exceptions).

• C1 English proficiency (both written and spoken).

• Ability to analyze complex content with precision.

• Openness to working with a wide range of subject matter.
