Are you fluent in Slovak (C1/C2) and English (B2+)? Would you like to work on a globally recognized project supporting Googles digital products like Play Store, gPay, Google for Families, Books, and Movies?

Were hiring Solutions Consultants to provide non-technical customer support in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This is an on-site role in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Deliver outstanding customer care in Slovak and English
Communicate clearly and empathetically with users
Escalate complex issues when needed, and follow up effectively
Maintain high satisfaction and performance metrics

Salary & Benefits

Base Salary: 2,400 BGN gross/month
Performance Bonus: Up to 300 BGN/month
Relocation assistance (see below)

Work Schedule

Full-time (on-site) in Sofia, Bulgaria
8-hour shifts between 10:00 18:00, Monday to Sunday (rotational schedule)
2-week paid training (on-site)

Requirements

Slovak C1/C2 level (mandatory)
English B2 or higher
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Willingness to work on-site in Sofia
Ability to follow structured workflows and procedures

Relocation Support

Rental allowance: 300 BGN/month for the duration of the contract
Flight reimbursement: Up to 150 BGN (paid upon arrival or with first salary)
