Customer Support – Swedish + English

Location: Remote / Local candidates only
Start Date: 8 January 2026
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Languages Required: Swedish (Fluent), English (B2)
Salary: €1,840.65 per month

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to assist customers in both Swedish and English. The ideal candidate will handle inquiries professionally, provide accurate information, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Strong communication skills and fluency in Swedish are essential.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Swedish; good command of English (B2)

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Must be a local candidate (Bulgaria)
