Your Mission

• Support customers via phone, email, and chat in French (C2)

• Handle inquiries with empathy and professionalism

• Resolve issues and guide users with clear solutions

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

Work Details

• Monday to Saturday, 08:00-18:00 (Portuguese time)

• Days off: Sunday + 1 rotational day
