Location: Estonia (Hybrid / On-site)

Languages: Danish (C1/C2 or Native) + English (B2)
Work Type: Full-time or Part-time (minimum 50% / 20h per week)

Working Hours:

• Mon–Fri: 09:00–20:00

• Sat–Sun: 10:00–19:00

• 365 days/year

• Bank holidays paid double

Role Overview:
As a Danish-speaking Travel Consultant, you will support customers with travel-related inquiries, bookings, and changes, ensuring a smooth and high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers via phone, email, or chat

• Handle bookings, changes, cancellations, and travel questions

• Provide accurate information and personalized support

• Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction

Salary & Benefits:

• €1,900 gross/month

• Bonus up to €250/month

• Full-time or part-time flexibility

• If relocating from abroad, candidates must confirm they do not require relocation support or will move independently
