About the Role
As a Customer Solutions Advisor, you'll act as the trusted guide for users of innovative global products. You'll provide support, answer questions, and make sure customers enjoy a smooth and positive experience. Your communication skills will be key to turning challenges into solutions, whether over the phone, via email, or in chat.
No technical background? No worries. The fully paid training program will give you the tools and confidence to succeed from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver top-quality support for products and services while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
- Use CRM systems, ticketing tools, and internal resources to manage requests efficiently.
- Communicate with customers across different channels (phone, email, chat).
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within agreed service levels.
- Achieve performance goals in areas such as resolution time and customer happiness.
- Share knowledge and best practices with team members.
- Stay up to date on product updates and industry trends through regular training.
