Do you speak Dutch fluently and enjoy creating great customer experiences?
We're looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Care Advisor to join a global team working remotely from Turkey.
You'll be the key point of contact for customers,  solving challenges, answering questions, and making sure every interaction ends with a positive impression.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers in Dutch via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information and effective solutions in a friendly, professional way.
  • Handle requests efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and managers to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Stay proactive, organized, and committed to delivering outstanding service.

Your Profile:

  • Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and proficient in English (B2).
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
  • A calm and empathetic approach when handling customer concerns.
  • Able to work remotely from within Turkey, with a reliable internet connection.
  • Open to flexible schedules between Monday and Saturday.
