Job Description

As a Contact Centre Agent, you will support airline customers by handling inquiries related to bookings, flights, and general services, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Additional Benefits

  • Performance Bonus: €2,000/year (pro-rated quarterly, eligible after 6 months)

  • Language Allowance: €250/month (after training)

  • Relocation Allowance: €2,000 (after 1 month of employment)

Requirements

  • Native or C2 German and C1 English

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Availability for on-site work in Malta
