What Were Looking For
- Fluent English communicator (C1C2 level), an Irish accent is a welcome plus!
- Minimum 1 year of experience in banking, fintech, or financial customer service.
- Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and customer focus.
- Comfortable working on-site, with flexibility for 24/7 rotating shifts.
- Local candidates based in Lisbon only. This is an on-site role requiring presence in the city.
