What Youll Do:

• Assist Danish-speaking customers with travel planning and bookings

• Provide support via phone, email, and chat

• Resolve inquiries efficiently and professionally

• Collaborate with an international team to ensure excellent customer satisfaction

What Were Looking For:

• Danish C1+

• English B2+ (written and verbal)

• Full-time availability

• EU visa or valid work permit

• Candidates from abroad must confirm they can relocate independently if needed

Schedule / Working Hours:

• Flexible shifts covering Monday Sunday

• Includes weekends and bank holidays with extra pay

• Training: full-time initially, later flexible scheduling
