We are looking for motivated English-speaking professionals to join a growing customer service team in Athens. This is an excellent opportunity to gain international experience while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Position Details

  • Role: Customer Service Representative

  • Location: Athens, Greece (on-site)

  • Contract: Permanent, full-time (40 hours/week, 8 hours/day, 5 days/week)
  • Schedule: Rotational shifts, initially until 23:00, moving to 24/7 from December

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional support to customers via phone, email, and chat

  • Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction

  • Maintain service quality in line with company standards and performance goals

Requirements

  • Fluency in English at C1-C2 level (spoken and written)

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including night shifts

  • Motivated, proactive, and customer-focused
