Position Details

Role: Customer Service Representative

Location: Athens, Greece (on-site)
- Contract: Permanent, full-time (40 hours/week, 8 hours/day, 5 days/week)

Schedule: Rotational shifts, initially until 23:00, moving to 24/7 from December

Responsibilities

Provide professional support to customers via phone, email, and chat

Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction

Maintain service quality in line with company standards and performance goals
Requirements

Fluency in English at C1-C2 level (spoken and written)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including night shifts
