Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and experienced BPO Recruiter based in Malaysia to support high-volume recruitment projects remotely. You will manage the full recruitment cycle and help scale teams for our international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO roles (Customer Support, Tech Support, Back Office, etc.)
• Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
• Screen and interview candidates efficiently in high-volume environments
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand hiring needs
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience

Requirements

• Proven experience in BPO or high-volume recruitment
• Strong understanding of the Malaysian talent market
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
