What You´ll Do:

As a Customer Support, you´ll be the trusted guide consumers turn to when they need support, reassurance, or simply accurate information.

Your day will include:

  • Being the warm, helpful face (and voice!) of a respected global healthcare brand

  • Handling inquiries through phone, email, and social media with empathy and professionalism

  • Listening deeply to understand each consumers situation and offering thoughtful, effective solutions

  • Supporting sensitive cases with extra care and discretion

  • Becoming an expert in the brands product range and consumer expectations

  • Sharing feedback and ideas to help us continually improve our service quality

  • Playing an active role in shaping a supportive, engaged customer care team

️ What You Bring:

  • A naturally empathetic mindset and the ability to understand and manage emotions

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken)

  • Strong communication skills and confident phone presence

  • Experience in customer service or a contact center (a plus, not mandatory!)

  • Solid typing and computer skills (MS Office familiarity is ideal)

  • Strong organization, decision-making, and analytical skills

  • Team spirit and a positive attitude that lifts others up

  • A completed high school education
