As a Customer Success Account Manager, youll be at the heart of client relationshipsguiding them to maximize the value of our solutions while identifying opportunities to expand partnerships.
What Youll Be Doing:
On a typical day, you will:
- Identify and engage prospects to understand their needs, tailoring product recommendations that drive results and revenue.
- Research customer contracts and history using tools like Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo to uncover upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Deliver impactful product demonstrations and create customer-specific use cases that showcase value.
- Manage your sales pipeline with accuracy, providing clear progress updates and forecasts to leadership.
- Collaborate with internal teams to solve challenges, expand adoption, and ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Cultivate long-term, trusted relationships by advising customers on how to achieve their business goals with our solutions.
What You Bring:
- Excellent communication skills in German and English (both written and verbal).
- 1+ years of outbound sales experience, with a strong focus on prospecting, lead qualification, negotiation, and closing.
- Demonstrated success in upselling, cross-selling, and generating new business opportunities.
- Solid understanding of cloud-based solutions and subscription models.
- Proven ability to identify decision-makers, uncover customer needs, and build strong value propositions across phone, email, and social media.
- Strong pipeline management skills with a track record of hitting (and exceeding) daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Analytical mindset to evaluate customer data and market trends for growth opportunities.
- Confidence presenting to and advising C-suite executives.
