Social Media Content Moderator – French Market (P)

We are looking for Social Media Content Moderators to support the French market and help create a safe, positive, and high-quality online experience for users.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate business-related content on social media platforms

• Ensure all content complies with community guidelines and client policies

• Apply moderation rules accurately and consistently

• Stay up to date with policies, processes, and quality standards

• Meet performance and quality KPIs

• Suggest ideas and improvements to enhance moderation processes and user experience

Requirements

• Fluent in French (written and spoken) – mandatory

• English proficiency at B2 level – mandatory

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new guidelines

• Strong attention to detail and good judgment

• Ability to remain objective and separate personal beliefs from moderation decisions

• Comfortable working with high volumes of online content

• Availability to work 24/7 rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday – mandatory

• Previous experience in content moderation is an advantage
