Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated B2B/B2C Sales Representative to expand our business client base and nurture long-term partnerships. This role focuses on building relationships with corporate clients, developing tailored solutions, and driving revenue growth through strategic account management and consultative sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect new business clients through networking, cold outreach, and lead generation.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across industries.

  • Develop customized proposals and solutions to meet client business needs.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with corporate clients.

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions on time and within scope.

  • Track B2B sales metrics and provide regular reporting to leadership.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience working in a customer service or sales environment.
  • Fluent in German and English both written and spoken.

  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines and accounts.
