We´re looking for a strategic and results-driven German Speaking Sales Executive to support high-value business clients. You´ll work with major players in sectors such as retail, travel, and other large-scale industries, delivering tailored marketing strategies that make a measurable impact.

This role is all about building long-term partnerships, understanding client goals, and helping them achieve sustainable growth through data-driven advertising solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with high-revenue clients to optimize their Google Ads campaigns and marketing strategies.

  • Provide in-depth, consultative support, ensuring advanced solutions meet business needs.

  • Deliver insights, recommendations, and strategic plans to boost advertising performance.

  • Cultivate strong, lasting relationships based on value-driven collaboration.

  • Conduct regular follow-ups to monitor progress and fine-tune campaign performance.

  • Align Google Ads strategies with client objectives to drive measurable impact.

  • Offer expert-level guidance on advanced marketing concepts and Google Ads features.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, or related field or equivalent professional experience.

  • C2 level German and high-level English proficiency (written and spoken).

  • 12 years experience in sales or online advertising.

  • Solid background in digital marketing and Google Ads, ideally in retail, travel, or other large-scale industries.

  • Strong grasp of marketing concepts, tools, and strategies.

  • Ability to offer strategic, consultative guidance to mid-to-senior-level clients.

  • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal skills.
