🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to customers in Czech and English via phone, chat, and email
  • Resolve technical, billing, and product-related issues efficiently
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with every interaction
  • Accurately document case details and escalate when needed
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy at all times

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Czech (C2) and English (C1) skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Detail-oriented and customer-focused
  • Computer-literate and adaptable to new tools/systems
  • Prior experience in customer support is a plus

    • On-site work required for at least 3 months, unless the candidate already has a residence in Greece with a verified internet connection
    • 3 weeks of hotel accommodation near the office provided
    • Up to 300 relocation support (paid with first salary)
    • Legal support for hiring documentation (candidates are responsible for gathering required docs)
