Content moderator - Turkish speaker

For one of the most popular social media video app you will be responsible of the content moderation.

Together with your colleagues you will be part of a team ensuring a competent and excellent content moderation service, in order to grant that all the platform compliance regulations are followed. You will also provide a friendly customer service experience answering customer’s queries with the intention of questions or doubts regarding the platform policies and/or enforcement appeals, both in Italian and English.

Part of your daily activities will be:

• Reviewing content (videos, image, text and audio);

• Responding to customer inquiries regarding Trust & Safety actions, such as abuse reports and enforcement appeals;

• Liaising with internal teams to ensure user and brand safety;

• Able to provide services on a 24/7 shift rotation;

• Disclaimer: please note that these tasks involve extensive exposure to sensitive content, including but not limited to vulgar content, violence and fake news.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Turkish both written and spoken (C1 minimum), with a professional level of English (B2).

• Being in possession of a Portuguese residence card or EU passport
