Work for a tech leader as an Account manager Italian speaker in Athens.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer support, addressing any inquiries or concerns professionally.

Conduct inbound sales activities, including handling phone calls and email inquiries from potential customers;

Utilize your excellent sales skills to close deals and achieve sales targets;

Help the sales teams to build, maintain and advance sales stages/pipeline and meeting the required opportunity closure ratio;

Attain/overachieve the assigned targets through owning/closing sales deals;

Conduct planned outbound calls to defined target accounts with a focus on achieving growth through upsell or introducing new solutions into accounts in the territory (inbound sales activities, including handling phone calls and email inquiries from potential customers);



Requirements:

Prior experience in sales, specifically through phone and email channels;

Demonstrated ability in account management;

At least 6 months of B2B sales experience is required;

Excellent customer support skills with a focus on delivering outstanding service;

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and internal teams;

Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;

Fluency in English is required (C1);
