German Customer Advisor (Visa support)

Do you speak German (C1) and are you looking to work abroad? You're reading the right job posting - we offer an Customer Support Advisor position in Athens, Greece, with a pioneering multinational technology firm, and our client provides VISA Support and a huge relocation package including 4 weeks paid Airbnb accommodation for 1-bedroom apartment accommodation! We are looking for people to start in July and August.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support for inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and returns.
• Handle order-related issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with various teams to resolve complex order-related issues and escalations.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
• Continuously strive to improve order support processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (C1) both written and spoken
• B2 level in English
• Strong communication skills
