German Sales representative

Responsabilities:

Research and Outreach:

  • Conduct thorough research to create targeted outreach materials for high-value prospects in collaboration with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives (AEs).

  • Initiate contact with potential customers through warm lead calling and responding to inquiries generated from marketing efforts using effective questioning to uncover needs.

Lead Qualification and Management:

  • Follow up with marketing-generated leads to qualify as sales opportunities and move solid leads through the sales funnel, connecting them to appropriate sales personnel and arranging meetings.

  • Identify high-potential prospective users or client opportunity and develop an effective engagement strategy.

  • Maintain and manage client accounts, ensuring a high level of engagement and satisfaction.

Customer Engagement:

  • Show understanding and empathy towards customers, assisting them in using the platform effectively and addressing any issues.

  • Provide detailed information on product features, pricing, and payment options while advocating for new products and services through a consultative approach.

  • Follow up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not lead to immediate sales opportunities to nurture and develop relationships.

Collaboration and Feedback:

  • Work cross-functionally with marketing and other teams to escalate urgent or unresolved customer issues, improving targeting and messaging based on insights gathered from customer interactions.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while providing feedback on emerging trends in customer needs.

Sales Execution:

  • Execute sales plays created by marketing and implement scaled sales strategies to acquire new customers and enhance product adoption and client retention.

  • Own the full sales cycle, from business case development to closing deals while ensuring all customer interactions are meticulously documented within the CRM system.

  • Discover the overall business objectives of clients and effectively articulate our client value proposition to customers by setting up and delivering live demos.

Requirements

  • Sales experience/interest mandatory. Target oriented.

  • General understanding of computer usage

  • Self Ability in call management, problem solving, to ensure the smoothest handling of the customer's case

  • Ability to walk customers through complex procedures from start to finish

  • Read through and understand ongoing cases to inform and update the customer

  • Review customer needs of services provided/existing products to enable sales/upsell
