What you will do in this role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Assist viewers through phone and/or chat with their inquiries.
  • Provide account and application support, including questions related to software functionality.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, such as system configurations and network settings.
  • Deliver accurate and real-time answers to inquiries.
  • Contribute to building brand engagement for our clients.

Your qualifications

Youll excel in this role if you:

  • Have a high level of Italian and English (oral and written).
  • Are passionate about the entertainment and media industry.
  • Possess excellent communication skills with a strong sense of empathy and teamwork.
  • Are familiar with digital streaming services and devices.
  • Have a positive and solution-driven attitude.
