About the Client : The leading player in the global sports betting and gaming industry with an established presence and millions of customers across markets in Europe and Latin America, while recently entered Africa and North America.
Role: Customer Support Advisor
Language
Portuguese (Native European) + English (B2) - both languages written and oral
Key Responsibilities
Providing customer assistance via incoming calls, live chat, email, and social media channels.
Offering prompt and effective solutions to questions regarding account setup and verification, sign-in problems, financial matters, as well as general guidance on navigating the platform and resolving any technical issues.
Serve as a knowledgeable consultant for customers in the sports industry.
Respond quickly and efficiently to customer issues, inquiries, complaints, and comments via multiple channels.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
Provide exceptional service, ensuring customers are satisfied with the solutions provided while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Offer feedback and recommendations to optimize internal processes.
Candidate Profile
Have an interest in sports and you are a team player with a positive attitude
Have good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications)
Are tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools
Have the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely
Previous experience in a customer service center is an advantage, but not mandatory
Availability to work on rotational shifts
Salary Conditions
Base salary (gross): 870 x 14
Complexity bonus (gross): 80 x 11
Meal allowance: 7,23 per workday (paid in meal card)
Health insurance: Since day 1 upon monthly payment - Free after 6 months of contract
Schedule
Monday to Sunday 24/7 - Rotative shifts including night shifts
Days off: 2 days (rotative)
Workload: 40h/week (full time) - 100% on site
Workplace: Lisboa
Type of contract: 6 months with the possibility of renewal
