What You´ll Be Doing:

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you´ll be the friendly voice and helping hand for a well-loved global brand. You´ll support customers via phone, email, and chat, making sure every interaction feels smooth, positive, and genuinely helpful.

Your mission? Make customers feel heard, supported, and valued.

Your Daily Responsibilities:

• Support Dutch-speaking customers with questions or issues

• Offer clear explanations and customer-friendly solutions

• Guide users through products, services, and processes

• Log and follow up on cases when needed

• Work closely with a diverse, international team

• Contribute to delivering an exceptional customer experience

️ What We´re Looking For:

• Fluent Dutch (C2)

• Good command of English for internal communication

• Strong communication and people skills

• A calm, positive, and solution-oriented attitude

• Customer service experience is a plus but not required!

• Availability to start in January.
