Operations Customer Experts (French Speaker)

Looking for an international opportunity in Lisbon?

We are hiring Operations Customer Experts (French Speaker) to support customers on the Swiss market for a leading international brand.

In this role, you will interact with customers in French and English via phone, email, chat and other digital channels. Your goal will be to understand customer needs, provide the right solutions and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Your responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer inquiries and requests
Provide information about products and services
Troubleshoot devices and coordinate replacements
Support order placement and delivery tracking
Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products or services
Contribute to upselling, cross-selling and lead generation opportunities
Build strong customer relationships through professional and efficient support

The position is Hybrid and needs to be done at 100km max of Lisbon. 

Requirements:
Fluent French (C2)
Good level of English
Customer-oriented mindset
Strong communication skills
Comfortable working with digital tools
Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus
