About the Role:
As a Sales Representative, you´ll play a key role in creating outstanding customer experiences while driving revenue growth. You´ll be on the front lines of our sales efforts identifying opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals that deliver value for both our customers and our company.
What Youll Do:
Are you motivated by results and passionate about helping others succeed? In this role, you will:
- Prospect and qualify leads through outbound calls, research, and social media engagement.
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, uncovering opportunities for our solutions.
- Deliver compelling outreach via calls, emails, and digital platforms to establish strong first impressions and foster meaningful conversations.
- Build credibility and trust, guiding prospects through the sales funnel with personalized attention.
- Close new business opportunities while also upselling and cross-selling to existing clients, strengthening relationships and driving additional value.
What You Bring:
- 1+ year of hands-on sales experience (business development, lead generation, account management, or similar).
- Proven success in prospecting, qualifying, and closing opportunities, as well as upselling and cross-selling.
- Strong communication skills in English and German, both written and verbal.
- Ability to articulate value propositions clearly and engage prospects across multiple channels.
- Skilled in identifying customer pain points, addressing objections, and positioning tailored solutions.
- A collaborative team player who works well with colleagues and stakeholders across departments.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools, with confidence in leveraging them to optimize your workflow.
