About the Role:

As a Sales Representative, you´ll play a key role in creating outstanding customer experiences while driving revenue growth. You´ll be on the front lines of our sales efforts identifying opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals that deliver value for both our customers and our company.

  • Prospect and qualify leads through outbound calls, research, and social media engagement.
  • Engage with potential customers to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, uncovering opportunities for our solutions.
  • Deliver compelling outreach via calls, emails, and digital platforms to establish strong first impressions and foster meaningful conversations.
  • Build credibility and trust, guiding prospects through the sales funnel with personalized attention.
  • Close new business opportunities while also upselling and cross-selling to existing clients, strengthening relationships and driving additional value.

What You Bring:

  • 1+ year of hands-on sales experience (business development, lead generation, account management, or similar).
  • Proven success in prospecting, qualifying, and closing opportunities, as well as upselling and cross-selling.
  • Strong communication skills in English and German, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to articulate value propositions clearly and engage prospects across multiple channels.
  • Skilled in identifying customer pain points, addressing objections, and positioning tailored solutions.
  • A collaborative team player who works well with colleagues and stakeholders across departments.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools, with confidence in leveraging them to optimize your workflow.
